Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Email a photo of the item and a description of the problem to damosslady@gmail.com. We will carefully review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if deemed appropriate. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience with Da' Moss Lady.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please take a photo and email it to damosslady@gmail.com. Our team will review your concern and work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.
